This original etching is hand signed in pencil by the artist att he lower right margin.
It was printed in 1953 in the "Homeros: Nausikaa - Episoden".
The edition was of only 125 impressions plus a few artist proofs that this is one of them.
This early and rare etching represents the early part of Friedlaender career, before his compositios became more abstract. It's a fine example of the period just before the abstraction but still not a complete figurative composition.
