This original etching is hand signed in pencil by the artist “Liebermann” at the lower right margin.
It is one of eighteen compositions that were published by Berlin Photographische Gesellschaft in 1893.
Note:
The composition is similar to a pastel currently held in the collection of The Hermitage. Another impression of this etching, gifted directly from the artist, is part of the British Museum’s collection.
