Original Stamp Signed Double sided Ink Drawing on thin Carton
33.3 x 24.3 cm / 13.1 x 9.6 in
This Work is stamp signed in blue ink "RD" (Raoul Dufy) at the lower right corner.
This is a very rare and unique painting by the French master Raoul Dufy.
On one side there is a beautiful and very typical black ink drawing of a woman in an elegant dress.
At the center of this image there is a delicate logo of a French store that was printed on the paper before Dufy's drawing. Raoul Dufy combined this symbol in the composition of the woman.
On the second side of the paper there is a very interesting pencil and black ink design. This is probably a experimental commercial, that Dufy made for the Blanchini Ferier studio.
Between the hand painted text there are some pencil sketches the text reads:
"3
